Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Lead customer acquisition efforts and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing campaigns.
Expand and leverage professional networks to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database system.
Guide and support junior team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Manage client documentation, including booking forms, and ensure timely collection of booking money and down payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management when required.
