Job Description / Responsibility

Handle all visa-related tasks as per Travel Agency Visa Section rules.
Provide consultation to clients regarding Canada, USA, Australia, and European visa categories.
Guide clients for Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Visit Visa, Work Permit, Permanent Residency & Family Migration.
Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare, verify, and submit required visa documents.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up on each client case.
Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.
Office time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Overseas Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 50 years
Only Female
Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service, Travel Startup.
1–2 years proven experience as Visa Counselor / Student Counselor / Visa Consultant Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, USA, Australia & Europe.
Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English.
Must be presentable, smart, well-mannered & organized.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good computer skills.
Training will be provided.
