Job Description / Responsibility

Identify target markets (Middle East, Europe, Asia) for manpower recruitment
Plan campaigns to attract both employers and job seekers
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
Generating quality leads for overseas recruitment projects as well as future projects
Monitor team members for continuous improvement in campaign performance
Create, manage, and grow company presence on social media platforms
Develop engaging content (job posts, success stories, employer highlights) in company website
Respond to inquiries and maintain audience engagement
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
Manage job listings and landing pages for better visibility
Ensure website performance and user experience are up to date
Create marketing content materials match with company goals and mission
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
Support company reputation in international markets

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Airline, Manpower Recruitment, Web Media/Blog

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with leadership capability
