Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Overview
- Bikroy Marketplace Ltd. is looking for high-energy, target-driven Sales Executives to join our Sales team. This is a pure sales role — your job is to go out, find new business, close deals, and onboard sellers across all categories on Bangladesh's largest classifieds marketplace. If you love the thrill of a new pitch and live for hitting numbers, this role is built for you.
- Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential new sellers through daily field visits, cold calls, and lead generation across all business categories.
- Pitch Bikroy Marketplace's value proposition to prospective clients and convert them into active, paying sellers.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting to onboarding and first payment.
- Register new seller accounts, guide clients through the platform, and ensure smooth onboarding via Bikroy's CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly acquisition KPIs: number of new sellers onboarded and revenue generated from new accounts.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, pipeline updates, and performance reports in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly and keep the client experience smooth.
- Identify high-potential market segments and contribute to team-level prospecting strategies.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA/MBA from a reputed institution; Marketing or Business concentration preferred.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Experience Requirements: 1–3 years of sales or direct sales experience. Backgrounds in FMCG, E-commerce, MFS, Telecom, Logistics, Mobile Devices, or MNCs are strongly preferred.
