Job Description / Responsibility

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify potential clients through telemarketing, direct marketing, and digital channels to fill the sales pipeline.
Project Presentations: Conduct project visits, site tours, and detailed presentations to showcase project features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate price negotiations and finalize terms and conditions in accordance with company sales guidelines to close deals.
Payment Coordination: Prepare payment schedules, collect booking money, and follow up on installments and down payments.
Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing promotional events, sales fairs, and digital marketing campaigns to increase project visibility.
Market Intelligence: Perform regular competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends to provide data-driven advice to management and clients.
Database Maintenance: Manage and update a systematic database of client contacts, call records, and follow-up actions.
Post-Sales Support: Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or re-orders.
Query Handling: Respond promptly to client inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person visits to maintain a professional brand image.
Performance Tracking: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for supervisors, tracking progress against set targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
