Job Description / Responsibility

We are a leading manufacturing company engaged in the production of PP Woven Bags and Packaging Products. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee factory operations, production efficiency, maintenance activities, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PP Woven Bag manufacturing, polymer processing, production planning, machine maintenance, manpower management, and factory operations.Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer requirements.
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, machine utilization, and labor productivity.
Supervise production processes including Extrusion, Circular Loom, Lamination, Printing, Cutting, Stitching, and Finishing operations.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Store, Procurement, and Commercial departments for uninterrupted production.
Analyze production losses, machine downtime, wastage, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and utilities.
Monitor raw material consumption and control wastage to improve cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, factory policies, and environmental standards.
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production and maintenance teams.
Prepare production reports, MIS reports, efficiency reports, and management presentations.
Support management in strategic planning, capacity expansion, and operational excellence initiatives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
