Job Description / Responsibility

To operate and monitor all CCTV & Punch Machine surveillance systems within the Control Centre efficiently, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements and best practices.
To report immediately to Head of HR & Admin regarding any unusual activities, security breaches, policy violations, or emergency situations.
To maintain accurate logs and records of all security-related incidents and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
To uphold control room protocols, ensuring strict confidentiality, data privacy, and secure handling of all surveillance footage.
To conduct routine checks to verify that all CCTV & Punching systems and related equipment are functioning properly, and promptly report any issues to the concerned department.
To communicate swiftly with authorities and security teams in the event of suspicious activity, offenses, or confirmed criminal incidents.
To coordinate with the Head of HR to ensure the smooth operation, connectivity and reliability of all surveillance systems.
To liaise with equipment vendors regarding installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for surveillance hardware and software.
To work effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong situational awareness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
To perform additional duties as assigned by management or authorized personnel.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Computer
Diploma in Electrical
Diploma in Electronics
Diploma in relevant subject from reputed college/ university.
HSC passed can apply if have proper experienced.
Vocational Training on CS/EE/IT with training on IT applications gets more preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

At least 2 years of practical experience.
Have to perform shifting duty including Night shift.
Sound knowledge in IT.
