Job Description / Responsibility

Lead architectural design development from concept through execution.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and external consultant teams.
Review drawings, technical details, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Collaborate with site, sales, marketing, and management teams for successful project delivery.
Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary coordination challenges.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

At least 9 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in coordinating large-scale residential project.
