Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities
All Kinds of Land Related Vetting, Agreements.
Represent and defend cases before court on behalf of company.
Drafting and vetting of Bank guarantee, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor Contracts, etc.
Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
Liaison with various govt. and non govt. organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Factories and Establishment Department.
Co- ordination with all departments of the Company regarding legal issues as and when required,
Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)
LL.B from any reputed University.
LL.M will get preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
