Job Description / Responsibility

Recover outstanding dues from distributors, dealers and customers.
Follow up on overdue and long pending receivables.
Visit customers and distributors regularly to ensure timely collection.
Negotiable payment settlements and repayment plans.
Identify and address high risk and inactive accounts.
Coordinate with internal departments and legal teams regarding recovery related matters.
Prepare collection reports and update recovery status regularly.
Initiative and support legal recovery procedures when required.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Poultry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Only Male
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced retired Army of Police personnel.
Preferred Candidates: 1) Retired Army Personnel (Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officers). 2) Retired Police Personnel (SI, Inspector or equivalent ranks)
Candidates with proven experience in recovering long overdue or disputed receivables.
