Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and coordinate all compliance-related committees including Participation Committee (PC), Safety Committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, Grievance Committee, Anti-Corruption Committee, and Canteen Committee.
Ensure proper implementation and documentation of training and development activities as per buyer and compliance requirements.
Maintain effective grievance handling mechanisms and preserve all related records.
Monitor floor compliance and ensure proper welfare facilities including medical, canteen, childcare, drinking water, and sanitation systems.
Manage and deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and the workers’ representative body.
Maintain maternity related activities & all type of record properly.
Ensure strong counselling to workers to smooth operation & better environment.
Ensure all welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.
Prepare reports, compliance documents, and maintain necessary records for audits.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Must be adjustable with factory environment
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Should have knowledge in Labor Law-2006 & Labor Rules-2015
