Job Description / Responsibility

Check all the registers which are being maintained on the floor if it`s properly maintained or not.
Ensure Fire Fighter 6%, Rescuer 6% & First Aider 6% on each floor and update the list regularly.
Ensure proper and safe housekeeping on the production floor, inform to housekeeping supervisor to ensure it, if any discrepancy observe.
Ensure proper health & safety on the production floor for all employees.
Ensure that all the electrical safety equipment is running smoothly, inform to the concerned person if any discrepancy observe.
Ensure daily compliance activities on the production floor and follow this accordingly.
Monitor security personnel, manage entry/exit rosters, and ensure all staff wear proper identification and uniforms.
Supervise dining facilities to ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met for thousands of workers.
Ensure fire safety, conduct regular evacuation drills, and monitor the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with government agencies such as DIFE, the Labor Office, and local police for licenses and inspections.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievances according to Bangladesh Labor Law and company policy.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules and ILO convention relevant on Sweater sector in Bangladesh.
Have clear knowledge on different audits BSCI, BETTERWORK, SEDEX, WRAP, HIGG etc.
