Job Description / Responsibility

We Are Hiring – Customer Executive (Female)
beauty Castle BD is one of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing beauty and lifestyle brands, with 8 physical showrooms and a strong online presence. We are looking for energetic female candidates with proven experience in social media moderation and customer service to join our growing team.

Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka (Mohammadpur residents preferred)
Job Type: Office Based (Onsite)
Office Time (Shifts):
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
Act as social media moderator – reply to comments/inbox queries.
Maintain customer communication records.
Assist in day-to-day support tasks related to customer service.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements

Only Female
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media moderation or customer service.
Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).
Minimum SSC / HSC pass.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
