Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Sales & Marketing)..
Experience in real estate /Land property/Time Sharing/ sales industry will be considered an advantage.
The role requires strong Telemarketing skills,communications skills leadership ability, and market understanding.
The candidate will be reponsible for driving sales growth,devoleping marketing strategies and maintaning strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Meet with prospective clients to present properties, conduct site visits, and build long-term relationships for referrals.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic sales plans, provide market feedback, and prepare reports on sales activities
Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-up to close sales
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment need
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
