Job Description / Responsibility

R.B Agro Limited, a concern of KGS Group, is a leading agro-based manufacturing company engaged in producing and marketing quality animal and poultry feed under the brand name Cherish Feed, Safe Feed. The company is committed to operational excellence, quality assurance, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the factory.
Ensure factory security, safety, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, and accommodation management.
Maintain liaison with local administration, law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Supervise security operations, fire safety measures, and emergency response systems.
Manage factory assets, utility services, and support facilities efficiently.
Handle crisis management, dispute resolution, and employee discipline matters.
Coordinate with factory management to ensure smooth operational support.
Monitor administrative budgets and control administrative expenses.
Lead and develop the administration team to ensure effective service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 52 years
Only Male
Candidates must have military background.
Retired Captain/ Major/ Lieutenant Colonel from Bangladesh Army.
Candidates must have experience in Factory Administration, Security Management, or related administrative functions in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in feed, FMCG, manufacturing, or agro-based industries will be an added advantage.
