Job Description / Responsibility
- Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise in Uttara EPZ, is searching for suitable candidate for the position of Sr. Officer - Payroll (Reward Management). The position is responsible to manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees. The candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, administering the organization`s reward management, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll independently and ensure accurate, timely compensation & benefit administration.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, and final settlements
- Ensure compliance with tax, PF, and labor laws
- Maintain payroll and HRIS data
- Manage employee benefits (insurance, bonuses, etc.)
- Resolve payroll issues and employee queries
- Prepare payroll reports and support for internal and external audits
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Certification in Compensation & Benefits Management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Certification.
- HRIS/Payroll System Certification (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent).
- Training or certification in Bangladesh Labour Law, Income Tax, Payroll Administration, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Candidates possessing one or more of the below certifications will be given preference:
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 14 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Tannery/Footwear

- Only Male
- Having experience in leading payroll functions independently in manufacturing based organization is a must.
