Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for plots, land shares, condominiums, and commercial units.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads through corporate sales, digital marketing, referrals, and field marketing activities.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and sales negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landowners, and corporate clients.
Monitor sales pipeline, booking status, installment collections, and customer follow-up.
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and management presentations.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Ensure achievement of revenue and collection targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

6 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 50 years
DM: Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Senior Manager: Minimum 12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Experience in plot, land share, township, condominium, or commercial property sales will be highly preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Good knowledge of real estate documentation and registration procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.
