Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Ensure execution of MEP works according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal departments regarding MEP-related activities.
Review MEP drawings, BOQ, design calculations, and technical specifications.
Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, BNBC, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare project progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems and provide effective solutions.
Monitor project quality, material usage, and contractor performance.
Support procurement and vendor evaluation for MEP-related materials and services.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputed public/private university.
Professional certifications in MEP/Project Management will be an added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP works for real estate/construction projects.
Experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects will be preferred.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Sound knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical & ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
