Job Description / Responsibility

Perform or check structural analysis using software like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, etc.
Check detailed drawings and specifications that submitted by consultants.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Maintain detailed records of design calculations, construction procedures, and inspection results.
Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.
Review and approve project designs to align construction plans.
Conduct site visits and inspections to identify and resolve any structural issues.
Provide structural solutions of site issues raised by project team.
Investigate structural issues, failures and recommend corrective actions.
Offer technical advice and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro), AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
