Job Description / Responsibility
- Proactively identify potential clients (contractors, builders, architects) and approach them to sell waterproofing/roofing products.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on suitable waterproofing systems, preventative measures, and application techniques to solve their water damage issues.
- Collect data on competitor pricing, product innovations, and market trends to adjust sales strategies and increase market share.
- Coordinate with distributors, applicators, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation, from product delivery to application.
- Execute sales programs, including preparing brochures, giving presentations, and organizing promotional events.

- Understanding of waterproofing systems, construction materials, and waterproofing standards.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical customers.
- Background in construction chemicals, construction sales, or a related field is typically required.
- Valid Motor Cycle license for traveling to job sites and client locations
