Job Description / Responsibility

Muazuddin Group, a leading knit composite garment manufacturer, is seeking dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced professionals to fill the following critical positions in our Industrial Engineering (IE) department as part of our capacity enhancement plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the Industrial Engineering department (IE) team.
Responsible for overall factory efficiency monitoring, productivity improvement, and continuous cost reduction programs.
Direct the preparation and implementation of standard processes, including operation breakdown, GSD/SAH (Standard Allowed Hours), and machinery layout to optimize production flow.
Strategically coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, and Quality teams to ensure well-balanced sewing lines and timely order execution.
Drive research and development initiatives for process innovation and technology implementation.
Set and achieve annual IE performance targets aligned with management goals.
Job Location: Muazuddin Textile Ltd. (Factor). 235/236, East Chandura, Shafipur, P.S. Kaliakore, Gazipur, Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Steel

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in the Knit Garments industry, with preference given to candidates having experience in a managerial IE role.
Sound practical knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and lean techniques in knit composite factories.
Proven skills in process mapping, time study, and efficiency calculation.
Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
