Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context :
- We are a National Exchange Company in the process of building a fully in-house software ecosystem to manage our core operations, including transaction processing, reporting systems, internal automation, and compliance tools.
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior technology leader for the role of Head of IT / System Architect / Lead Software Developer who can design, develop, and lead the entire system from the ground up.
- This role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership ability to build and scale enterprise-grade financial systems.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and lead the in-house core exchange software system
- Define overall system architecture (System Architecture ownership)
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
- Lead and manage an in-house development team (developers, QA, DevOps)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Design and manage database architecture and optimization
- Oversee deployment, server infrastructure, and maintenance
- Implement Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards
- Integrate third-party APIs (banking, payment, reporting systems, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation and long-term system scalability.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Multinational Companies, Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 42 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Technical Skills :
- Strong experience in backend development (Java / .NET / Python / Node.js)
- Database systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server)
- Strong knowledge of system design & software architecture
- API development and system integration
- Security best practices (authentication, encryption, role-based access control)
- Version control systems (Git)
- Server deployment (cloud or on-premise infrastructure)
- Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) :
- Experience in fintech, banking, exchange, or financial transaction systems
- Microservices architecture experience
- Docker / Kubernetes knowledge
- DevOps pipeline implementation
- ERP or large-scale enterprise system experience
- Leadership Requirements :
- Ability to lead technical teams independently
- Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills
- Experience managing software projects and delivery timelines
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
