Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and develop new business opportunities for architectural and interior design projects.
Generate leads through digital platforms, social media, networking and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, architectural firms, interior design firms and corporate clients.
Promote studio services including architecture, interior design and visualization.
Coordinate with the design team for client presentations, proposals and project pitches.
Support marketing and branding activities including digital and social media marketing.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups and site visits when required.
Maintain and manage a structured database of leads, inquiries and ongoing projects.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
