Job Description / Responsibility

Company: HTI Corporation — The Market Leader in Medical, Laser & Aesthetic Equipment in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of medical, laser, and aesthetic devices.
Plan, organize, and execute all service-related activities efficiently and smoothly.
Ensure prompt customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and handle service calls, reports, and repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance visits and technical inspections at client sites.
Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and update records properly.
Coordinate with the technical, sales, and management teams for smooth service operations.
Provide technical support and product-related assistance to customers when required.
Stay updated on new technologies and product developments through continuous learning.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Graduation from Only BUET or MIST in Electrical / Mechanical / Biomedical Engineering
CGPA not less than 3.00
Freshers are encouraged to apply
