Job Description / Responsibility

Planning & Development Department
Brothers Furniture Ltd (BFL) is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Bangladesh, We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning & Development Executive to join our team. The role will focus on organizational planning, project and development. The ideal candidate will support management in driving continuous improvement, monitoring performance, and strengthening our QMS culture.
Job location: Factory premises, Birulia, Savar
Main duties and responsibilities:
Preparing Daily, Monthly & Yearly production & Business plan.
Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications and related information.
Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs.
Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements.
Design and Develop quality management system.
Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals.
Monitoring work force performance and take improvement action.
Improve the efficiency and Productivity of each production process.
To perform any task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) (Only SUST, KUET, RUET, AUST and MIST)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Furniture
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Skill Required:
Production planning, Lean, IE tools, Critical thinking and problem-solving, Troubleshooting
Knowledge required:
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of production process and team building.
Having ability to Observation, Critical thinking, Analytical, Strong interpersonal and Communication skill is must & Work under pressure.
