Context:
TOKYO DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS LTD. is a highly experienced Developer Company jointly developed by Japanese and Bangladeshi experts. We consider our human resources to be our greatest asset. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dedicated team for working in a stimulating environment of our office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate projects.
Edit and produce professional video content for social media, digital advertising campaigns, project launches, and corporate branding.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling 3D presentations and project visualizations.
Design marketing creatives, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Manage company website content, SEO, and SEM activities to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
Handle page boosting, audience targeting & campaign optimization.
Create and edit Video for promotional and marketing purpose.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of meta ads, google ads and analytics tools.
Skilled in video editing and graphic design.
Edit raw footage into polished final videos, including sound, color image correction, and transitions (adobe premier pro, after effect, Capcut)
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, brand building, and driving product sales.
