Job Description / Responsibility
- The Role
- This isn’t just about scheduling posts. You’ll take ownership of our social presence across platforms, create content that resonates with UK business owners, and work closely with our internal team to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- You’ll have creative freedom, clear goals, and the support you need to execute.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content—including graphics, captions, and short-form copy
- Engage with our audience: respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
- Plan and run targeted campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and brand credibility
- Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media activity with broader marketing and business goals
- What We’re Looking For
- Must-have:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK English familiarity is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva required; Photoshop is a bonus)
- Familiarity with social media analytics (native insights or tools like Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Nice to have:
- Experience working with UK-based companies or international audiences
- Basic understanding of lead generation or digital marketing funnels
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)

- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (UK-aligned shift)
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
