Manager - Production (Sewing)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the overall sewing production operations to achieve daily, monthly, and shipment targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to maximize productivity.
Monitor line balancing, efficiency, and capacity planning to meet production goals.
Coordinate closely with IE, Quality, Cutting, and Finishing teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and compliance standards.
Analyze production data (efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, downtime) and take corrective actions.
Implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
Supervise and develop line supervisors, in-charges, and operators.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle production challenges and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
