Job Description / Responsibility

Plan daily/weekly schedules to align with merchandising and shipment targets.
Estimate machine requirements, working hours, and manpower as per fabric category (Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, etc.).
Monitor line feeding and machine efficiency to avoid downtime and ensure on-time order completion.
Maintain fabric quality from the yarn stage through the greige stage.
Monitor critical parameters like GSM, spirality, lycra ratio, and yarn tension.
Coordinate with QA teams to quickly troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
Oversee machine setup and adjustments for various fabric structures.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed to minimize mechanical breakdowns.
Monitor yarn requisition, issuing, and consumption to control wastage.
Track inventory stock levels to ensure smooth production flow without supply chain delays.
Supervise and train shift operators, supervisors, Fitters and helpers.
Evaluate team performance to improve floor productivity, discipline, and motivation.

Educational Requirements
