Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain brand identity and brand guidelines across all platforms and business concerns.
- Lead the planning, conceptualization, and execution of creative design projects for both online and offline channels.
- Design and oversee the development of marketing materials, brochures, catalogs, packaging, POS materials, corporate profiles, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging, visual identity, and design standards across all communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and business teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage digital creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, videographers, and vendors to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to enhance brand positioning and creative effectiveness.
- Review and approve creative artwork, layouts, and branding materials before final production.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to achieve high standards of creativity and productivity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Brand Management, Fine Arts
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Shopping mall, Trading or Export/Import
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong expertise in branding, corporate identity, and visual communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of digital design, social media content creation, and print production processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.· Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage creative teams.
