Job Description / Responsibility

Marketing & Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and brands.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare business forecasts and sales plans.
Merchandising & Product Development
Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry to shipment.
Coordinate product development activities, including sample development and approvals.
Review tech packs, specifications, and buyer requirements.
Ensure accurate costing and price negotiations to achieve target margins.
Work closely with design, product development, sourcing, and production teams.
Production & Supply Chain Coordination
Monitor Time and Action (T&A) calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with sourcing teams for fabrics, lace, elastics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.
Resolve production, quality, and shipment-related issues.
Ensure smooth communication between buyers, factories, and suppliers.
Team Management
Lead and mentor merchandising and marketing teams.
Set departmental KPIs and performance objectives.
Conduct regular team reviews and training programs.
Ensure effective workload distribution and succession planning.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.
Work closely with QA and technical teams to maintain product quality standards.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Textile/Apparel Manufacturing Graduate

Experience Requirements

12 to 24 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Lingerie Manufacturing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Only Male
Experience about Swimwear, Activewear, Knit Items etc.
