Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Internal Audit & Cost Control

Job Description / Responsibility

Verify and follow up monthly inventory reports across all group companies.
Prepare and review monthly significant leftover reports.
Perform monthly party ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Conduct market visits for price verification and comparative analysis.
Monitor & Analyze trims wastage matrix and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for better inventory and cost control.
Monitor daily workflow and prepare action plans for pending tasks.
Support team members in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
Perform additional audit assignments as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).
Ensure timely completion of tasks and accurate reporting.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
CA Course Completed (CC) / Partly Qualified CA.CMA or ACCA (Partly Qualified/Completed).

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Sound knowledge of inventory management and internal control systems.
Experience in Internal Audit, Cost Control, Inventory Management, or Compliance functios.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
