Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee Knit Washing Processes:
Manage and execute specialized knit garment washes, specifically focusing on Acid Wash, enzyme, and silicone washes.
Manage Dyeing Operations:
Supervise garment washing and dyeing techniques, ensuring precision in Pigment and Reactive dyeing applications.
Monitor Production Targets:
Strictly track daily and weekly floor outputs to ensure all production timelines and shipment targets are met on time.
Ensure Quality Control:
Maintain strict quality standards to guarantee consistent shade matching, hand-feel, and zero defects according to buyer specifications.
Supervise Floor Staff:
Provide direct leadership, follow-ups, and daily direction to Floor Supervisors and Machine Operators.
Handle Chemical Requisitions:
Calculate, monitor, and approve the requisition of dyes and chemicals required for daily batch recipes.
Control Chemical Wastage:
Audit chemical usage on the floor to minimize waste, optimize costs, and maintain safety standards.
Troubleshoot & Correct Issues:
Immediately resolve any floor-level technical issues regarding shade variation, fabric strength, or machinery downtime.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 26 years
Hands on experience in Washing & Dyeing operations.
Sound knowledge of garment washing chemicals, dyeing recipes, and process parameters.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Strong leadership capability to manage floor supervisors, operators, and support staff effectively.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting challenging production and shipment deadlines.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
