Job Description / Responsibility

Job Position: Area Sales Manager
Century Agro Limited- Seeds & Crop Care Division (Pesticides, Fertilizer, Rice Seed)
Job Description/Responsibility:
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers.
Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities.
Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Any other job assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

B. Sc. In-Agriculture/ Diploma -In-Agriculture/ Graduation from any discipline.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 40 years
For experienced and competent candidates education and age may be relaxed.
Good understanding on agricultural profession (including sales & promotion).
Ability to ride motorcycle.
Willingness to travel extensively.
