Marketing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and other stakeholders to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Promote and market the company’s vegetable seed products within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
Provide technical support and product information to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to implement promotional activities and achieve organizational objectives.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the seed industry and applies relevant knowledge in field operations.
Job Location
Patuakhali, Barguna, Bhola (Char Fassion), Bagerhat, Chokoria, Chattogram, Sitakunda, Noakhali (Subarnachar), Feni, Satkhira, Shariatpur, Faridpur, Manikganj, Rajshahi, Jashore, Harirampur Chor (Manikganj).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture.
Diploma in Agriculture / Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.
Skills Required: Interpersonal Skill, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Willing to Travel, willing to work under pressure and meet dead lines.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Only Male
Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of work experience. ·
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in agro-processing, seed production and seed marketing sectors.
Prior work experience in the Sales department is advantageous, indicating a proven sales track record.
Sales or communication training is preferred.·
Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
Proficient in motorcycle driving.
Having a motorcycle driving license is advantageous for the role, as it allows for efficient transportation and accessibility within the assigned territory.
