Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic government customers. The role includes identifying and developing business opportunities, supporting customers in requirement gathering and solution development, coordinating tender and bid activities, and ensuring successful project execution through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned government accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Lead bid preparation activities by coordinating with technical, commercial, and management teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Work closely with presales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams during project implementation.
Support project teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Government Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Strong understanding of government procurement procedures, tender processes, and project implementation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage opportunities from inception to project completion.
Basic knowledge of ICT Solution, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Center, Software, or Technology Solutions business.
