Job Description / Responsibility

Contact potential customers via phone and introduce ISP internet services.
Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into subscribers.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide service-related information.
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of Bangla and basic English.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
