Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- FRISTA is looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant to support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Retail solutions for international retail operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure SAP systems, manage changes, and ensure successful deployment of retail solutions that align with business objectives.
- This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting retail transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence through SAP technologies.
- Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and deploy SAP Retail (SAP IS-Retail) solutions according to business requirements and organizational objectives.
- Analyze business processes and functional requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations and enhancements.
- Perform system customization, configuration, testing, and validation of SAP Retail solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
- Identify business process gaps, system issues, and opportunities for improvement; recommend practical solutions and workarounds.
- Support SAP implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and system upgrades.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and compliance with change management procedures.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing activities.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and system documentation.
- Act as a key contact point between business users, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, E-commerce, and Operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend industry best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, configurations, testing results, and support activities.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP certification in SAP Retail, SAP S/4HANA Retail, MM, SD, or related modules will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Financial Consultants, Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Software Company

- Candidates with hands-on SAP Retail implementation experience, strong business process understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions are encouraged to apply.
