Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities:
- Network & System Management
- Oversee and manage all ICT related functions and ensure smooth operation of company network infrastructure.
- Maintain and control computer networks and associated computing environments, including systems software, applications, and hardware configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and servers.
- Monitor and optimize network and system performance; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain DHCP servers, NVR, IP cameras, attendance systems, PA systems, and access control devices.
- Utilize tools such as Mikrotik and Bandwidth Manager to monitor, control, and optimize bandwidth usage and system output.
- Prepare and maintain all ICT-related documentation as per Buyer Audit and Compliance requirements.
- Ensure regular system and data backups, verify restorations, and maintain traceable records for all ICT assets.
- ERP–CRIPTON Support
- Provide full ERP (CRIPTON) system support, including implementation, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Assist and train users across HR, Store, Merchandising, Production, and Accessories modules.
- Troubleshoot software and operational issues, coordinating with the ERP development team when major issues arise.
- Manage daily attendance data, verify accuracy, and maintain user access privileges within the ERP system.
- Ensure all ERP-related data checking, entry, and process flow are executed efficiently and on time.
- User & Technical Support
- Provide prompt end-user support for all hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
- Organize and support video conferences, company profile presentations, and buyer visits requiring ICT setup.
- Manage access control setup for new users (door card punch, fingerprint registration, etc.).
- Handle CCTV footage retrieval, video backup, and related reporting when required.
- Offer immediate ICT and networking support during emergencies or operational disruptions.
- Multimedia & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all ICT-related operations, configurations, and incident logs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Software Company, Textile
