Job Description / Responsibility

Race Online Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in both Product Management and Digital Marketing to drive product growth, lead generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Telecom, ISP, Cloud, SaaS or ICT industry and be capable of managing product development initiatives alongside SEO, Facebook Ads and digital growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Product Growth (50%)
Support product development, enhancement and commercialization.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and technology partners.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and product performance reviews.
Prepare product requirements, documentation and launch plans.
Drive adoption and growth of Cloud, Email, SMS, ISP, Hosting and SaaS solutions.
Digital Marketing (50%)
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
Manage and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Deliver actionable insights and growth reports.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 32 years
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Growth Marketing, SEO or Digital Marketing.
Experience in Telecom, ISP, ICT, Cloud, Hosting or SaaS industries.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics and Lead Generation.
Understanding of Cloud Services, Business Email, SMS Platforms, ISP Services and SaaS products.
Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint or Product Management are a plus.
Ideal Profile: Someone who can combine Product Ownership + Digital Growth, not just a traditional SEO Manager or Product Manager. This role is focused on driving business growth, product adoption and revenue generation.
