Job Description / Responsibility

Provide outsourced accounting service and work as book-keeper to maintain accounts of Singapore based SME clients through Autocount accounting software.
Perform bookkeeping, data entry and document management.
Input data from scanned vouchers, invoices, bank statements into the accounting software according to their respective categories with the objective of creating monthly management accounts.
Work on final accounting adjustments of clients during financial year end.
Review your work done with the Accounting Manager to ensure data entry is correct and in line with the IFRS accounting standards.
Support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day tasks.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Able to submit work of satisfactory quality within the stipulated deadlines.
Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
