Job Description / Responsibility

To recover the amount of money from assigned overdue accounts over phone
To update account status, payment promises and notes in the collection system timely
To evaluate professionalism, script adherence, compliance (e.g., no harassment) and effectiveness
To prepare reports of dues, collection and daily activities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Credit Rating Agency, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Micro-Credit, Telecommunication
