Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems
Lead financial management, MIS reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including VAT, income tax, TDS, and other regulatory obligations
Preparing and producing Balance sheet of the company on periodical basis.
Manage company secretarial functions, including RJSC filings, board meeting documentation, and annual returns
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Carrying out internal audit.
Skill in preparing feasibility and project profile.
Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Master of Commerce (MCom)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business (B.Com/BBA)* Professional certification (CA – complete or part-qualified) will be given preference
7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Accounts Manager/Head of Accounts)
Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or F&B/retail sectors will be an advantage
Strong expertise in accounting, financial management, VAT, taxation, compliance, and budgeting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, Tally, Odoo, 3S etc. applications Compensation & Benefits: Competitive and negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and overall competency
