Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for 2 qualified and detail-oriented Female Accounts Executives to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
Support audits by providing required financial documents and information.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transactions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Age At least 23 years

Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
