Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping activities across all guest areas, including bays, lobby, restrooms, and lounge, ensuring consistent cleanliness standards.
Ensure all public and operational areas are clean, well-maintained, sanitized, and visually presentable at all times.
Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adherence to grooming and performance standards.
Conduct regular area inspections to ensure quality standards are met and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Address housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies, ensuring proper handling of cleaning chemicals and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Facilities teams for seamless service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Hotel, Motel, Resort, Restaurant
