Job Description / Responsibility

Name of the Company: Essence Medical Bangladesh Limited (Aesthetic Clinic)
Department: Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care with empathy and dignity. This includes monitoring and recording vital signs, assessing patient health needs, and reporting any changes to the medical team.
Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, surgeries (preparing the operating theater and equipment), and other medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with infection control protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and confidential environment for patients and staff.
Educate patients and their families about health management, post-discharge care, medication compliance, and preventive health measures.
Be available for emergency duties, handle emergencies, and provide first-aid support.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (doctors, social workers, physical therapists) to ensure comprehensive patient care and mentor or supervise junior nursing staff/assistants as needed.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
A Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from an institution recognized by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Only Female
Strong communication (in both Bangla and English)
Interpersonal skills, a patient-centered care approach, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to new technologies are highly valued.
Most positions require a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting (hospital, Aesthetic clinic).
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
