Junior Marketing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct regular market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Promote company products and services to increase market share.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Participate in promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and marketing events as required.
Maintain accurate customer database and sales records.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and collection targets set by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or equivalent qualification.
Experienced candidates will be given preference.
HSC passed candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
