Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive/ Medical Representative to expand our market presence in the dental industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to dental clinics and chambers to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Educate dentists and orthodontists about the company`s products, services, and unique value propositions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance brand visibility in the dental industry.
- Continuously monitor market trends and gather insights on competitors` offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Identify new opportunities and recommend business strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Make frequent visits to dental colleges to identify potential new dentists and introduce them to our products.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on industry trends, sales performance, and strategic insights.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Bachelor's/ Honors/ Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare Startup, Diagnostic Centre, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Chemical Industries
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 23 years
- Only Male
- Dental Doctor/Dentist also can apply for this position.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, dental product sales, or medical device sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- The candidate must have a motorbike or personal vehicle for official duties.
- Freshers can apply if they feel fit for this position.
