Manager- Finance & Accounts

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations of the hospital.
Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
Strengthen internal controls and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure operational excellence.

Educational Requirements

Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional certification, such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent, will be highly preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 55 years
Minimum 07–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 03 years in a managerial position.
Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or large service-oriented organization will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
