Job Description / Responsibility
- Assuring the safe and effective delivery of radiation to achieve a diagnostic or therapeutic result as prescribed in patient care.
- Lead and supervise all clinical medical physics activities in Radiation Oncology and related departments.
- Ensure accurate calibration, commissioning, and quality assurance (QA) of radiotherapy equipment including Linear Accelerators (LINAC), CT Simulator, Treatment Planning System (TPS), Brachytherapy, and related devices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor radiation safety programs in compliance with national and international standards.
- Verify treatment plans and ensure precise dose delivery for cancer patients.
- Develop departmental policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and training to junior Medical Physicists, Technologists
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical clinical practice at all times.
- Prepare departmental reports, technical documentation, and statistical data as required by management.
- Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Working Experience 2D, 3DCRT, VMAT//IMRT Planning & QA
- Hands-on experience in commissioning, calibration, and quality assurance of LINAC, TPS, CT Simulator, Brachytherapy, related radiotherapy equipment and related oncology software
- Experience in radiation safety management and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Sound knowledge of Radiation Safety Regulations and international QA standards.
- Capable of handling clinical pressure and emergency situations efficiently
